Alex started his 1st day of Kindergarten. This is at the same school where he did his half-day preschool year last year. He was very excited. He has a new teacher, Mrs. Sherman, and a smaller class size which we think will be very good for him. Today was spent showing new kids the routine, exploring the new classroom, previewing his "specials" - Art, Music, and Phys. Ed. - and the afternoon labs - Language, Math, Science, and Fine Motor Skills. He got to see old friends in other classes at recess. He took M&M brownies for a class snack that he and Becky made together yesterday. All in all a very exciting day!

Wow, first day of kindergarten!
